The booking is effective only after receipt of these elements and our confirmation by email or by post.

Terms and conditions

Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30 at the latest. However, and where possible, we try to adapt to your needs.
A bank imprint is made on your arrival and returned at the end of the stay at the end of the inventory of the room.
All occupants of the room must present their own ID, if applicable, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the occupant in the establishment.
Our Rules of Procedure can be consulted on request or under the table of prices of the rooms.

Terms of cancelation

The customer has the possibility to cancel his stay at the latest 2 days before the arrival date.
Any request for cancellation must be made by mail within the time limit to give rise to the refund of the deposit paid on booking. After this period, the deposit will be cashed without the possibility of reimbursement, except in case of major event justified by an official document: accident, death …
